• Returns are welcome up to 30 days from the date of delivery
• Frames must be in unused condition with all accessories and original packaging.
• EyeDictive will not cover the cost of return shipping, except for damaged or defective frames.
• Original shipping charges (outbound shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective items).
• For items that are damaged or defective you will be offered a choice of a refund or replacement, provided the item is in stock.
• To be eligible for a refund or replacement on damaged or defective items, the item must be returned to us. Claims for damaged merchandise without a return will not be honored.
• Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• We do not offer exchanges or credit for different models.
