American Optical AO-1002 is based on the vintage AO Sampson style, popularly worn by Truman Capote. Featuring a round silhouette made from metal in a gold-tone finish, with adjustable nose pads for a personalized fit. Fitted with AOLite impact, scratch and smudge resistant True-Color gray nylon lenses that provide 100% UVA/UVB protection with an anti-reflective backside coating. Branding appears on both temples and on upper left lens. Made in USA.
