Refund policy
- Returns are welcome up to 30 days from order delivery
- Frames must be in unused condition with all accessories and packaging.
- EyeDictive will not cover the cost of return shipping, except for damaged or defective frames.
- For items that are damaged or defective you will be offered a choice of a refund or replacement, provided that the item is in stock.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- We do not offer exchanges/credit for different models.
